1. Eligibility
The Program is open only to eligible diner users with a valid account in good standing. diner reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for any violation of these Terms.

2. How the Program Works
• Each diner user (“Referrer”) receives a unique referral link or code.
• A new user (“Referred User”) must sign up for diner using the Referrer’s link or code.
• Referred User must complete their first dine within 90 days of signup for rewards to apply.
• Referrer must complete their own next dine (after the Referred User’s first dine) within 90 days to earn their reward.

3. Rewards
• Referred User Reward: Referred User earns a $5 cash reward after completing their first dine within the 90-day window.
• Referrer Reward: Referrer earns a $5 cash reward after the Referred User completes their first dine and the Referrer completes their next dine within the 90-day window.
• Rewards are added to your diner account as cash rewards, which can be cashed out at any time.

4. Limits and Restrictions
• There is no cap on the number of Referred Users a Referrer may invite.
• Rewards are only available if all dine and timing requirements are met.
• Referrers and Referred Users cannot be the same person, share the same phone number, or attempt to create duplicate/fake accounts.
• diner may withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
• To be eligible for the referral bonus, the Referred User's first dine must result in a dine score of 75 or higher.
• For the Referrer to earn their reward, their next dine (after the Referred User's qualifying first dine) must also result in a dine score of 75 or higher.

5. Expiration
If either the Referred User or Referrer does not meet the dine requirements within the 90-day period, the related cash rewards will expire and will not be issued.

6. Changes and Termination
diner may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time without prior notice. Any rewards earned prior to termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms.
